Owned and operated by husband and wife Tony and Marie Landicini. Originally from Vineland they recently returned home after living and working in Florida for the past 8 years. The couple owned restaurants in Orlando, but after having kids realized they wanted to raise their family in their hometown. Tony and his brother Joe owned the original “Landicini’s Pizza” in the 90’s which was located on Delsea and College Drives and also on Chestnut and Delsea. Now Marie and Tony have renovated the old “Sammy J’s” location in the Lincoln and Landis Shop Rite Center for their newest restaurant venture. They decided to use the family name to re-capture old customers, plus re-develop new ones.

Now “Landicini’s” which is a far cry from what the old Pizza Shop used to be, boasts a huge menu featuring about 36 gourmet pizzas, and many other Italian specialties “made the way Mama did”. Striving to be known as “More than Just a Pizza Shop”, Landicini’s offers a beautifully remodeled dining room, with a cozy yet classic atmosphere. Customers enjoy sipping on their wine and listening to classic music, while enjoying great service and food.

The menu consist of everything from appetizers such as calamari to traditional pasta dishes, also Chicken, Veal and Seafood Selections. And then there are the “Landicini Specialties”! Ahhhh! Gourmet dishes such as Carbonara, and Primavera. Most of the desserts are homemade from a local bakery, for Marie believes in supporting local business’ as much as she can. Weekends are a very busy and Marie will occasionally make sweet fried dough known as Zeppoles to pass out to customers and neighboring business’.

The Landicini’s also believe in giving back to the community. They’ve partnered with many schools by holding monthly fundraiser nights where a percentage of sales goes back to that school, and they also give each child who receives “A” honors at participating school a certificate for a FREE pizza. Churches as well have been recipients of their generosity. The restaurant gives a monthly donation to area churches to help feed needy families.
